A History of Quality Workmanship

Joe Dudzik was a Tool and Die maker who learned the trade in the Detroit, Michigan area. He later moved to Arkansas and in 1969, established our company. He started out doing Tool and Die work, custom machining, and custom engineering to support the manufacturing industry—all on manually operated equipment out of his his garage. He eventually purchased land and built a machine shop that could house more equipment, becoming the first industrial park occupant in the city of Clinton. In the mid-80s, as business expanded, Wire EDM, CNC machining, and CAD/CAM software were incorporated into the process, and in the 90s, CNC turning centers.

Drawing from his past experience in Michigan doing jobs for the automotive industry, he always taught his employees the importance of quality in the work they do. Today, the same values of maintaining quality workmanship remain a core part of our company.
